We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator (Mandarin speaker) whose mission will be to, develop and curate engaging content for Chinese social media platforms. Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content. Attend events and produce live social media content. Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.

Job description

● Create the content according to the character and algorithms of DouYin (Chinese TikTok)

● Keeping track of the hottest social trends

● Good aesthetic and copywriting (caption writing) skills required

● Ability to determine which content is preferred by account followers

● Ability to keep accounts active

● Ability to make social media weekly plans for the following week in advance

● Ability to think independently and have strong time management skills

● Maintain smooth communication with colleagues in the company

● Able to work with the company on the release of recent events and promotions

KPI's and objectives for the first month

DouYin (@英国网鱼网咖)

● Develop weekly and monthly plans. Defining the style and content of the page.

● 2-3 posts every week. Each video lasts 10-20 secs.

● Collaborate 1-2 influencers every week.

● Respond to DMs from followers timely.

● Create content based on the most popular hashtags, topics and background music.

● Produce creative video content in conjunction with recent events and tournament teams.

● Make a report at the end of the first month.

Work days: Variable

Salary: £23,000-£25,000 pro rata
