Logistics Co-ordinator

ShowMed has an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our Operations and Logistics team ahead of our busy summer season.

You will be providing off site support from our busy Bolton hub as well as on-site support to the Operations team.

No two days will be the same.

Your day can range from re-assembling kits ready for the next event to washing the ambulance fleet to packing up re-stock packs for our venues. You will be responsible for the set-up of Clinical Areas at events across the country.

Reporting to the Area Management team you will also work and assist the Event Staff Bookers in their role to ensure staff and equipment reach each event. Your time will be split between planning and ensuring that every event is fully supported logistically.

You will be required to travel nationwide. The position uses an annualised hours format with no set rota to account for busy peaks and troughs. Weekend working is required – this is not a Monday to Friday 9-5 role.

ShowMed has been providing medical management for over 22 years at venues such as CBS Arena Coventry, and Leigh Sports Village and working with clients such as Manchester United and Newbury Racecourse.

28 days Annual Leave per annum including Bank Holidays. You will be required to work some Bank Holidays and time off in lieu.

40 hours working week – annualised.
