Escape Room Operator

We are looking for an enthusiastic customer-focused individual to help us deliver fantastic Escape Room experiences to our customers in our dedicated Escape Room at Oakdene Forest Park (St Leonards, near Ringwood BH24 2RZ).

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service & the confidence to engage with customers face to face.

The Escape Room is an exciting offering for Shorefield Holidays Ltd. It is an important part of our guest experience, offering customers the best opportunity to experience this.

The Role

You will help and guide paying customers through the whole ER experience, welcoming them and explaining what will happen.

The Contract

· The contact is a minimum of 14 hours a week over 2 days (mainly weekends out of School holidays) with more hours required during busier peak times, which are mainly school holidays. It is a seasonal position which runs until 29th October 2023.

· The job will involve mainly working weekends, however extra days will be required during school holidays.

· Full training will be provided.

Rates of Pay £11.25per hour
