Retail Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Shell Harrogate located near Jennyfield.

24 hours 3 shifts with the option for extra hours to cover holiday and sickness the time of the shifts required is 07.00-15.00 with weekend availability

Must be 18 or over.

Candidates need to be highly flexible with work hours and be able to cover shifts that may be at short notice due to the nature of the business.

Candidates who prove to be reliable and flexible will be have the opportunity to gain additional hours in the future, should they become available.

Our Customer Service Champions make sure that our service station is always a welcoming place for customers. They keep it clean and safe, with everything working well. Above everything, they enjoy helping customers to have a great day. The job is hard work but very rewarding.

Responsibilities include:

Welcoming and greeting customers.
Providing great customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Keeping the station looking great at all times.
Maintaining a fully stocked shop.
Understanding customers’ needs and wants.
Managing point-of-sale processes.
Receiving in new stock.
Knowing about our products and sharing that knowledge with customers.
