Sheldon Bosley Knight are a Firm of Land and Property Professionals with its Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon. Over the last five years, the business has grown and developed to over 100 staff and consultants based in 12 offices. Sheldon Bosley Knight is about to celebrate its 180th Anniversary in 2023! 180 years of providing first class service to our customers and clients.

During 2022 Sheldon Bosley Knight has acquired the well-established Hawkins brand in Nuneaton and Bedworth, Sellicks Lettings in Leicester, Fox Country Lettings & Bradgates Lettings in Leicestershire, all well recognised brands in their areas.

With roots dating back for 180 years, the business has extensive local knowledge, and the company has strong relationships with many local professional advisors and plays a pivotal role in the communities that it serves.

As well as offering rural advice and professional services, SBK manage commercial and residential property portfolios, residential sales and lettings, valuation, general practice work, planning and architecture, development, strategic land promotion, client accounting, block management and compulsory purchase.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an Architect or experienced Architectural Technician to join our busy Planning and Architect team based in the Stratford-Upon-Avon.

Sheldon Bosley Knight Planning and Architecture Team are a very busy team specialising in Barn Conversions, Class Q development, new dwellings and a variety of other primarily rural based diversification projects.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and oversee drawing production.

SBK offer a unique service to our landowning clients overseeing the design, and planning submission.

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and energetic personality to come in and oversee the Design process including survey, drawing production, primarily for planning purposes.

Position Requirements

· RIBA or MCIAT Qualified

· Living in or near the Stratford-Upon-Avon area

· Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic

· Experience within planning drawings and building regulations

· Proficient in AutoCAD / ArchiCAD or other design software essential

· Experience within similar projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
