Key responsibilities:

• Effectively handle all enquiries whether in the office, by telephone, by email or on company appointments.
• Maximise all sales opportunities - win valuations, mortgage appointments, conveyancing and survey instructions.
• Win property sales by obtaining, presenting and negotiating offers successfully.
• Provide great customer service to all our customers.
• Understand and work within all legislative and compliance standards.

Skills and experience required:

• Mature, confident attitude and approach
• Target driven sales experience
• Enthusiastic with a desire to be the best
• Focused and supportive to other team members
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current driving licence and own transport essential

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
