Position Overview & Specifications
We are currently seeking a Junior Designer to join our talented team based at our London studio. In this role, you will work with the team to translate our client's brand needs into distinctive visual outcomes.
No doubt you will be an inquisitive, energetic individual who is hungry to learn, and inspired by every brief. You'll work closely with the team and your Design Director to understand the brand, strategy and brief to create the look of success.

You will:
- Work with Design Directors and design team to understand the brief, brand guidelines and technical constraints for the project
- Thoroughly interrogate the brief, and deliver against its requirements
- Be a team player - keeping the channels of communication open between Design, Client Service & Strategy, and pro-actively seeking guidance when things change
- Use internal reviews to develop your craft, developing confidence in presenting your work. Develop an understanding of the importance of rationale by building strategic design knowledge and brand awareness
- Actively contribute to studio inspiration
You'll have:
- 0-2 years experience within a Brand, Design, Comms or Media agency, in a Design role
- A degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Illustration or related field
- A real passion for the process of Design, aesthetic craft and perfectionism
- Focused, organised, collaborative team spirit
- A hunger for learning
- Working knowledge of Adobe CC, (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects a benefit but not essential
- Experience of using Mac OS
