Sculpt Beauty, a thriving aesthetics clinic based in Bedfordshire, is seeking a remote outbound call receptionist to join our team. As our receptionist, you'll be responsible for following up with all inbound sales enquiries generated by our social media marketing efforts. You'll receive a phone and a database of clients to call, and will be responsible for converting a minimum of 20% of inbound sales enquiries per month.

The ideal candidate for the remote outbound call receptionist position at Sculpt Beauty would have previous experience in telephone sales and/or receptionist roles and possess excellent communication skills. They should be able to build rapport with potential customers over the phone and have a personable and friendly telephone manner.

The candidate should also be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, as this is a fully remote position. They should be comfortable following up with all inbound sales enquiries and should have the skills necessary to convert leads into sales.

In addition to these qualifications, the ideal candidate should be interested in the aesthetics industry and have a genuine interest in helping customers look and feel their best. They should be able to work well under pressure and have the drive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.They should have the ability to work at least 20 hours per week and be willing to contact sales enquiries during peak times of the day. They should also have access to a reliable internet connection and the necessary equipment to work remotely, such as a computer- you will be provided with a basic phone and we will cover the monthly bill.At Sculpt Beauty, we're a team of ambitious individuals who love what we do.
