Scottish Friendly have an exciting opportunity to join the Pension and Annuity Team in the role of Pension Customer Services Administrator. Based in Glasgow City Centre, we are one of the most progressive mutual life insurance offices in the UK. Reporting to our Pensions Manager, the key responsibilities for this role include:
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Processing annuity quotes and setting up annuities
- Processing Pension Administration tasks
- Servicing annuity policies and providing information to customers and IFA’s.
- Practice continuous improvement across all processes.
- Working as part of a team to ensure delivery of key development tasks.
- Providing a source of product knowledge for other departments
- Engaging with colleagues across the business to elicit requirements for new and existing projects
- Managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Accurate attention to detail
To succeed in this role, you will have a strong focus on processing and servicing pension annuities. You will be able to work independently, be self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail.
IT literacy is essential with sound knowledge of pension journey. This role is hybrid working with a blend of 2 days office based.

Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
