Team Member - Part Time

SANGERS Deli is located in the heart of Worcester city centre under the famous railway arches, we are known for our delicious sangers and our one of a kind Detroit pizzas. We opened in May 2021 and our popularity has increased rapidly in our first year of trade, and we’re now looking to expand our team, with full time and part time positions available.

Our only stipulation is that you have a passion for good food!

The main purpose of the roles will be customer facing – preparing food from scratch, serving coffees, and interacting with our customers, so some previous hospitality experience is preferable but if you have a confident, hard-working and friendly personality then we’d love to hear from you!

Full food preparation and barista training will be provided if you don’t have experience in these areas. Other benefits include meals supplied when at work, employee discount when off-shift and on deli items, and SANGERS stash.

Requirements:

Part Time: From £7.00 per hour

- up to 20 hours per week

- Approximate shift times 10am-5pm or 3pm-11pm, minimum of 1 shift per week depending on availability (Wednesday - Sunday)

Casual Contracts (0 Hour Contracts): Salary will be calculated on an individual basis and discussed with you if successful at interview.

- Shifts will be allocated to you based on your availability

- Minimum of 7 days notice given prior to shifts

- Weekend work required (Saturdays & Sundays )

For all roles weekend cover may be required to support holidays and leave for other members of staff. In some instances you may be required to cover a shift at short notice, but we will always attempt to let you know in advance of any rota changes.
