Our dedicated Care Home Manager, Tracey, has worked here for more than 10 years and is truly emotionally invested in making our home a lovely place to both live and work.

As a Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve:

• Undertaking any necessary training
• Supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities
• Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
• Working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met

• Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’. Pay rates advertised are for shifts worked from 1st April 2023.
