Project Manager – High-rise – Modular

A leading innovative Developer is seeking a technical and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new 32-story residential project. The project will be RC Frame and all units will be modular and constructed using the most modern methods of construction. This developer has recently secured planning on some of the most exciting high-rise schemes in London in recent months and has a healthy pipeline for the next 5 years.

Key duties will involve;

• Liaising closely with the internal design and team.
• Managing all stakeholders.
• Planning and coordinating all site logistics and construction processes.
• Managing day-to-day activity on site.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are always adhered to.
• Managing and coordinating all sub-contractors on site.
• Reporting directly to a Contracts Director.
• Ensuring the project stays in line with budget and program.

Requirements;

• Experience delivering high-rise residential developments for a developer or main contractor.
• Proven track record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Engineering background is preferred.
• 5 years of minimal experience as a Senior Site Manager or PM.
• Ability to Thrive in fast-paced construction environments.
