Production Operative/Packer

RSW have great pleasure working with our client based in Kenfig. They are looking for a number of packers to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. The role will initially be packing but could then progress to machine operator once trained.

The Role:

• Packing products into boxes ready for distribution
• Stacking boxes
• Can be fast paced
• Shift pattern - 4 12 hour shifts days, 4 rest days then 4 12 hr night shifts

The Candidate

• Able to work the above shift pattern
• Previous experience in a similar role beneficial
• Driving license preferable due to shift start times and location
