Position Overview & Specifications
We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Paralegal to join our extremely busy inhouse legal team based in Helsby, Cheshire (flexible working arrangements available). The role will be full time, 40 hours per week.

Role & Responsibilities:
You will assist primarily with company secretarial work but also with the opportunity to get involved with a variety of compliance, corporate acquisition and commercial contract work.
This is an exciting opportunity to get invaluable experience in a large commercial setting at the very start of your career and would ideally suit an LPC graduate with a corporate focus.
This is a key hire and will provide vital day to day support to the business reporting directly to the General Counsel & Company Secretary.
Person Specification:
- Law Degree/GDL/MA Law
- Legal Practice Course, with optional modules being corporate/commercial focused
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse and interpret and work to a high level of accuracy with a keen eye for detail
Desired Experience:
The successful candidate will have completed their LPC, ideally achieving at least a commendation. This role is most suited to an adaptable person who will thrive under pressure and be happy to take on new challenges.
