Background

Our client is a market-leading industrial service partner across Europe. They provide a range of MRO solutions including bearings & power transmission, industrial drives, lubrication, electro-mechanical & rotating equipment services across the UK and Europe.

The Role

This is a unique role that plays an essential part in developing and maintaining key relationships with industrial customers. Key aspects of the role will include providing pump services support to workshops and customers on-site. This is a highly technical role where you will be expected to provide technical support on pump equipment and provide technical reports and site surveys. The aim of these activities is to of cost saving initiatives such as energy reduction and reliability improvements.

The Candidate

We are looking to hear from both hands-on field service engineers looking to move into a solutions-based role or experience applications and technical sales engineers. As the sales and applications experience is desirable and not essential, the experience in rotating equipment such as pumps is essential.

Ideally, you will be based in South Wales across the Swansea, Cardiff, and Newport areas. The role will be home-based with access to regional sites nearby but you will be responsible for managing your own diary.

Full sales training and development is on offer making it a unique opportunity for an engineer to make their first move into technical sales & applications
