From 1980 until today, we continue to hold the most exciting live experience you can find alongside some of the biggest & best club nights.

If you love live music, nightlife and delivering great customer service - then this is the job for you! Building on our success over the many years, we're looking for enthusiastic, outgoing and highly motivated staff to join the Rock City Promo Team.

We are looking for candidates that are;

• Available for an immediate start
• Based in Nottingham or have own transport
• Aged 18 or over
• Available to work nights, days and weekends
• Available to work key events such as Halloween, Bank Holidays and New Year's Eve

Duties include:

• Distribute flyers and promotional materials on the streets to attract customers to events or venue
• Scan tickets at the front door to ensure proper entry to events
• Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive and exciting atmosphere for attendees
• Assist with fun seasonal bits like putting up seasonal décor, working freshers fairs, or other interactive activities to enhance the customer experience.
• As well as assisting with any other tasks as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
