Position Overview & Specifications
We are looking for a highly efficient, motivated and organised EA to work for 2 Managing Directors.
The role will involve supporting the Directors over 5 businesses as well as personal administration. The role will become what you make it - and the successful person must be proactive, used to working within a fast paced and energetic environment.
The Head Office is based in Hoylake and the role will involve working from there Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week is flexible and can work from home or the office. There are 8 other employees working from the Head Office including Customer Service and Accounts. The company group employs approximately 40 other employees who work nationally.
You will be joining a successful dynamic group of companies offering you a family-friendly environment. You will support 2 Directors in organisational and administrative tasks. This role requires an individual who has proven experience, who can add to successful running of all companies in a range of areas and can always ensure discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Performing a diverse range of executive level administrative duties including; managing calendars, composing correspondence, arranging travel plans and providing agenda and minutes for meetings.
- Ensuring the Directors meet all commitments and deadlines by keeping them informed of upcoming events.
- Handling queries from people at all levels; including important visitors, fellow staff members and industry specialists.
- Carrying out projects or research to help compile reports and presentation materials.
- The ideal candidate will be proactive, dedicated and a self-starter who can work independently, well organise and efficient.
- A high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal / communication skills including professional written communication.
- Excellent organisational skills - ability to multi-task is vital.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to create agendas and take comprehensive and professional minutes.
- Competent with Microsoft Office Software.
