Night Care Assistant

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and ambitious people, regardless of experience, to join our team of Care Assistants.

Our Night Care Assistants' role is to enable our clients to enjoy independence from the comfort of their own home to avoid the need to move into a residential homes, and to support them during the night to ensure full rest. The support required varies depending on each clients' individual needs, and may include assisting with personal care, administering medication, light domestic tasks, or just providing the peace of mind of knowing that the client has somebody available in their home to assist them if needed.

Whilst this is an extremely rewarding role we understand how challenging it can be to work in a remote part of a community, so we ensure that you build relationships and receive daily support and advice from your managers. The team provides regular face-to-face meetings and supervisions to ensure that the care you deliver is the very best it can be. Your wellbeing is a priority for us and our regular meetings and reviews will help support you to feel happy in your role. We also ensure that our Care Assistants meet up with each other through on-going training sessions, so a sense of team and community is established and maintained.

We believe that in order to provide the best level of care, we must give all employees the best employment terms, which is why provide full training, support 7 days a week from our office which is operational every day of the week. We also provide great rates of pay; sleeping nights are paid at £90 per night, and waking nights are paid at £110 per night.
