As a Senior Care Assistant, you’re at the heart of making a difference to our residents. Home is where the heart is, and we’d love you to be part of our family. You’re pivotal in running a unit, responsible for all clinical duties in the home, including observation, medication, reviewing care plans and accurate record keeping. You’ll have completed / working towards an NVQ3 in care. We’re more than happy to support you in the completion of your qualification if needed.
