The Challenge…

The day to day…

· Monday – Friday

· 9:00 – 17:15

In this role you will receive support and guidance in learning how to:

· Assist with invoicing across our depots, liaising effectively with the Dealer-Point Managers, service reception, the invoicing team and workshop supervisors.

· Assist in ensuring all jobs are properly, consistently, and accurately recorded and invoiced.

· Support the warranty manager with any queries and evidence loading.

· Comply with warranty and contract procedures.

· Work with colleagues to obtain order numbers.

· Use a computerised invoicing portal.

· Help maintain high standards of housekeeping and document archiving.

· Use a computerised invoicing portal

· Secure orders from prospective customers.

· Establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.

· Research potential customers

· Communicate with customers effectively

· Use the CRM effectively

· Telephone validation of leads.

· Be flexible in your approach and be an effective team player for the development of both you and the business.

To succeed, you’ll need…

· GCSE or equivalent in English language and Maths (Grade 4/ C)

· Attention to detail

· Excellent telephone manner

You’ll really hit the ground running if you…

· Have experience with invoicing, organising archives, and customer service

· A broad understanding of commercial vehicles and the motor trade industry

· With over 40 years of experience in the commercial vehicle market, we are the people with all the trucks and vans people need. We’re an official Renault Trucks and Isuzu Trucks dealer operating from six sites across the East Midlands.

· We are a large and lively team of proud professionals, and our workshop team is the beating heart of our business. Within that team, you will be based at our Northampton site.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
