Hours: 40 (Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm)
Salary: £21,652.80 Per Annum

We are Restore Records Management and are looking for someone to join our team!

As a driver/warehouse operative, you will be responsible for the recording, storing and retrieval of customer files, boxes, and documentation from their warehouse locations and get them ready for dispatch. The role provides a friendly working environment, working with a supportive team.

For the driving aspect of the role you will be responsible for the collection and delivery of customer documents as directed by management. You will be responsible for collecting and delivering documents to and from customer sites, you will enjoy interacting with your customers and delivering great customer service.

A UK full, clean driving license is required for this position along with at least 12 months of driving experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect and deliver customer files and documents as directed by the operations office and follow daily allocated routes efficiently
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and building relationships
  • Providing updates to team members, maintaining communications with the office using equipment provided
  • Driving one of our well-maintained vans, ensuring material is safe and secure
  • Recording incoming customer boxes, files, and documents and manually storing them in the correct warehouse locations
  • Ensure that all boxes, files, and document movements are accurately recorded
  • Use handheld scanners to monitor boxes of documents within the warehouse.
  • Always maintain good housekeeping

ABOUT YOU

  • Full, clean UK driving license with over 12 months of driving experience
  • Previous experience driving a company van is required.
  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic IT Skills
  • Previous experience of using Forklift and /or MEWP would be useful however not a necessity
  • No issues working at heights and lifting up to 30kg
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, in a dynamic environment with good attention to detail
