Engineering Manager | Fully Remote

If so, Reqiva are working with a technology company looking for an Engineering Manager to come in and take the engineering function to the next level. This company develop software in the Healthcare industry and are going through a massive phase of growth. You’ll be the most senior member of the Engineering function and as the company grows, they’ll be opportunity for you to progress to Technical Director, then to CTO. This will also be a management role and will have to conduct regular code reviews.

You couldn’t be joining at a better time. The company have been going for over 30 years and are a market leader within their field.

This will be a fully remote opportunity and the company love the idea of flexible working. Salaries for the Engineering Manager will range from £95,000 - £120,000.

They are currently using Angular, Node and AWS, but are flexible on the tech. They are looking for a leader to come in and produce new suggestions as to how they can improve.

Responsibilities for the Engineering Manager:

• Management of internal and external employees within the development function
• Be in charge of any new product development projects
• Experience or exposure to Solutions Architecture
• Conduct regular code reviews for the team
• Produce new ideas on how to improve the development function and support with the company’s growth

Requirements of the Engineering Manager:

• Previous management experience
• Confident with Angular or React, Node & AWS
