Door Person position at Rendall & Rittner (The Tower, SW8)

Location – The Tower (London, SW8)

Working Hours – Monday – Friday 1400-2200, 1100-2000, 0700- 1500

Salary - £27,170 per annum

Contract – Permanent

**All candidates must have a full clean, driving licence and be over the age of 30 for insurance purposes**

Your working environment?

This role will be based at a luxury riverside skyscraper located in the nine elms regeneration area. The beautiful residential complex has over 200 apartments and is conveniently located a few minutes from Vauxhall train station.

• You’ll be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests and your team
• You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to lead, engage and inspire others
• You know how to deal effectively with difficult and demanding situations. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries.
• You’ll have a good eye for details with experience inspecting vehicles and observing a security perimeter.
• Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
• You’ll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and working in a team environment.
• Ideally you’ll be a qualified vehicle driver with an excellent road safety record. Due to the specific nature of this role and the conditions of our vehicle insurance policy, all applicants must be aged 30 years or more and must have held a full UK/EU driving licence for a minimum of two years.
