Renault Cardiff seeks to employ a Handover Specialist.*
This will be a highly customer-focussed role working alongside our New Car Sales team and based at our showroom on the Penarth Road, CF11.
As a Handover Specialist you will be meeting and greeting the dealership’s visitors to inspire and excite them about our range of vehicles.
You will be providing a warm welcome to visitors on their arrival, offering hospitality & refreshments, before introducing the customer to one of our Sales Executives with whom they will go through the vehicle purchase process. You will also be interacting with prospective customers by providing them with personalised virtual tours of the vehicles they are interested in.
Post-sale, you be carrying out professional vehicle handovers and following those up with courtesy calls to ensure complete customer satisfaction. There will also be occasions where you will be assisting with the branch’s social media posts.
We are seeking a passionate Ambassador for our brands and dealership, always reflecting the correct corporate image and standards. As well as building a warm rapport with all guests, deploying straightforward non-technical terms when necessary, your role will be to provide them a transparent and enjoyable Guest Experience that is second to none!
You must hold a full and clean UK Driver’s licence, held for at least one year for insurance purposes, to be considered for this role.
Perfect personal presentation is needed for this role, as is dedication to providing the best service possible.
To keep your product knowledge up to date we will assist you by providing a blend of e-learning and instructor-led training on Renault and Dacia products, and our Group’s processes. This can occasionally include off-site training from manufacturer partners that are geared to help prepare us for new model launches.
Hours of work

• 5 days per week on rota
• One regular weekday off per week on weeks where Saturday work is on the rota
• 8:45am to 6pm weekdays
• Saturdays 9am to 5pm

In return, this job offers a basic salary of £20,000 per annum plus a quarterly bonus. OTE earnings are up to or in excess of £25,000 pa.
