We are well known Healthcare group with reliable, dedicated, and professional staff within our services already! We care for adults aged 19 - 60 who have learning difficulties and Mental Health issues. At Rehability UK, we are offering permanent positions with guaranteed hours and flexible shift patterns, as well as Bank Worker contracts.

Rehability UK specializes in supporting adults with complex needs (including, but not limited to, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health) to live their best possible life. We never stop striving to provide friendly, professional, and inspirational services that we’d want to experience ourselves!! Our Mental Health focused Coventry based services are split across three neighbouring sides. Our support staff within Coventry are to support all three services where needed. People we support in Coventry have challenging behaviours and suffer from mental health. Our aim is to support our clients to continue developing their key skill, being independent and active in making decisions while living in our homes.

ABOUT YOU AND YOUR ROLE

Successful candidate will be joining a highly motivated, dynamic and supportive team providing support to clients who are experiencing mental health difficulties.
You will be providing direct one to one person-centred mental health support as well as working as a part of a team running groups and providing meaningful activities for people we support. You will have the opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge throughout regular supervision , access to e-learning programmes and in-service face to face training sessions.
This role include support with day-to-day tasks in the home and in the community - it may be supporting our residents going out in the morning and taking them to an activity in the afternoon. Assisting them to get ready in the morning, helping with shopping, cooking, or cleaning.

This is a great opportunity to build strong and positive relationships with brilliant adults, professionals, their families and help each of them to find further independence and confidence throughout adulthood life. You will find yourself getting stuck into fun, long walks, outdoor educational trips, and an interactive and practical hands-on activity.

You will be required to work weekends and evenings
