Refresco, the world’s largest independent soft drinks manufacturer are recruiting a Production Team Operative for our Milton Keynes (Northfield Drive) Site. You will play an important role in making sure some of the best-known drink’s brands in the UK are manufactured to the right quality and delivered on time to our many customers. About the Role

You do not need previous experience as full training will be provided. You will be part of a supportive team, led by Production Team Leader, working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes.

As a Production Team Operative your main tasks and duties will be:

• Operate standard machinery at a basic level – full training provided.
• Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
• Work as part of a team to ensure site is always audit-ready.
• Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

Salary and Benefits

You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.50, in addition to shift allowance, which as an annual salary is £29,374.80 . Your shift pattern will be a 4 on 4 off pattern – 2 days, 2 nights and 4 off. 6am to 6pm & 6pm to 6am. In addition, you will have 2 x your annual base salary life assurance, a good company pension scheme, a sports and social fund and free on-site car parking.
