Position Overview & Specifications
RT Healthcare are seeking for a senior care assistant for a beautiful home in Harrietsham, Kent.
We have 2 positions, 1 day member of staff, and 1 night staff member.
You will be helping residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that’s as varied as it is rewarding.
As Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring that each of our residents has one-to-one time. It’s an opportunity to put your skills to meaningful use and develop your career.
ABOUT YOU? You will need to have empathy, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills to join our caring team. If you have that, then you don’t need any specific care experience as we’ll provide all the training you need to thrive. Above all, you will have real compassion for all our residents to deliver the highest standard of care and support. We need someone who can work to a rota which could be any day during a 7day week.
Come join our great team! Please call Amy on 07950 944382
