The Associate Producer has a deep passion for crypto and supports the production team in all projects from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and seamlessly while reporting on progress to senior members of staff. Confident decision-making and a sharp eye for detail will be as essential as tactical thinking and clear communication. This role is talent-facing, so the Associate Producer must be adept at building relationships and have solid writing skills. They’ll also be asked to appear on air to share analysis and insights. They’ll work in studio and remote productions and report to the Crypto Senior Executive Producer and Managing Editor.

What you'll do:

  • Pre Production, Production, and Post Production
  • Talent handling
  • Maintain database and editor schedules
  • Obtain guest signatures and track legal documents
  • Subject research
  • Field logistics
  • Work with editorial and video editors to deliver a final product, on time and in full with proper charts, lower thirds, all deliverable materials, etc.
  • Copywriting and/or copyediting headlines and descriptions for all shows daily to ensure accuracy and all-around QA (Quality Assurance)
  • Post-production edits and notes
  • Chat moderation for live sessions – coordinating with hosts to deliver audience questions and help manage any technical issues that arise with the stream
  • Pulling soundbites for editorial and promotional use in RV shows
  • Appear on air whenever needed

You'll work closely with editorial staff and production crew assisting Producers in keeping everyone on track with time management, deliverables, publishing assets, and expense reports. During the production phase, they assist Producers with every step of the production process and must demand excellence.
