A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT TEAM MEMBER AT ALOFT HOTEL LIVERPOOL

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Night Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

• Ensure our guests are looked after during their stay, with a friendly approachable manner.

• Assist the Night Manager with reception desk tasks.

• Setting the meeting rooms ready for the next day.

• Running night audits.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We hire mostly on personality potential but here are a few of our requirements...

To succeed in the role of Night Team Member, you will need the following qualities and skills.

• Have a positive can-do attitude.

• Be self motivated, able to work both in a team and individually.

• Have experience working in a nights role.

• Experience working in hospitality is desired, full training will be provided.
