Rays Ice Cream is a small business in Swindon. Our goal is to To make and sell the best Italian style artisan gelato in Wiltshire.

Do you love ice cream? This might be the perfect job for you!

We are looking for key holders to work in our friendly ice cream shop. . A successful candidate will have experience in customer service and be able to work efficiently.

Full and part time hours available.

Responsibilities:

• Open and set up the shop for service
• Clean, cash up and closedown the shop at the end of the night
• Scooping ice cream, stocking up retail freezers, making coffee, tea, hot chocolates, milkshakes and waffles for customers
• Manage the performance of other team members, directing them on what needs to be completed during the day
• Liaise with our manufacturing unit to complete stock ordering
• Be in charge of safety standards and ensure the shop is operating to the highest standards at all time
• Have wonderful customer service skills and be able serve all ages
• Be able to talk about our ice cream with passion!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
