Customer Service Assistant Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised, exceptional service experience to each customer.
- Utilise expert product knowledge and promotion information to maximise sales opportunities while delivering world-class service.
- Exhibit positive personal behaviour and maintain a can-do attitude towards customers.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team or work independently towards achieving operational standards across the store.
Customer Service Assistant Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written) and handle customer/student inquiries
- Previous experience in a similar work setting
- Proficient in using relevant IT software
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to display a professional and proactive attitude
- Ability to work quickly, flexibly, and accurately in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Please note - this is a full time position specifically based in North London.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.61-£12.72 per hour
