Hospitality Assistant (DLLHA)

We are recruiting a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at one of our prestigious client offices in Leeds.

This is a 24 hours a week, 8 hours a day, Tuesday-Thursday only, 8:00-17:00 or 9:00-18:00, some flexibility will be required to work outside of these hours when we have catering needs that are outside of the normal Business as usual working hours e.g. fine dining, evening events that require food services.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee all requests relating to hospitality and catering
• Meeting room set up, service and clear down of all working breakfast, working lunches, events and fine dining
• Vending machine management
• Stock taking procedures
• Coffee machine management, including cleaning of machines and replenishment
• Ad-hoc tasks to support front of house team as and when required.
• Building rapport within the business
• Light cleaning duties
