Job Description

Right now, we have an ambitious pipeline of technology projects that will require an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who responds positively to new challenges and will have experience in managing teams of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. This role is for an initial 12-18 month fixed term contract.
The role:
The role of Project Manager (Data & Analytics) will be critical in helping Ramsay achieve its ambitions. You will work with our delivery partner to manage the transformation of our data & analytics landscape to a modern cloud data platform, along with new tools and processes. In parallel, using your project management and DevOps experience, help us define an efficient demand and resource management process, and embed and operationalise the use of DevOps.
What you will be doing:
  • Data Transformation Project - holding delivery partners to account for successful project delivery; integration between delivery partner and internal Ramsay workstreams. Ensuring alignment with and reporting (weekly/monthly etc) into Ramsay Solution Delivery office. Supporting delivery partner with issue resolution and risk management
  • Data & Analytics Demand/Delivery Operating Model – working with the team to firm-up and embed a new operating model.
  • DevOps – embedding CI/CD, DevOps way of working with Azure DevOps tooling – successfully transition to a single process and tool for managing the Design, Build, Test, Deploy phases across on premise and cloud solutions. This may involve the review, assessment and prioritisation of existing deliverables / backlogs and decide what we should continue with, drop, add to project scope etc.
  • ServiceNow – embedding a single process and tool for managing incidents / requests across on premise and cloud solutions.
What you will bring:
You will be able to manage large scale and complex transformational data & analytics projects and have experience in successfully embedding best practice demand & delivery management models, as well as experience in CI/CD DevOps, ideally in line with a modern cloud data architecture.
In addition, will possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a keen eye for detail which allows you to form compelling and accurate business cases.
