Position Overview & Specifications
Overall Purpose:
To schedule service and installation jobs, report, invoice and provide full administration support to the Renewables Division
Key Responsibilities:
Log jobs onto in house job management system
Call planning, scheduler management and visit confirmation ensuring that SLAs are met
Liaising with clients, suppliers and engineers
Stock ordering and stock movement
Requesting quotes
Preparation of job risk assessments and job method statements
Processing job reports
Preparing invoices
Issuing of handover documentation
Assisting with any other duties as required
Job Requirements
Experience and skills required:
Good academic background
Experience of call scheduling / planning preferred
3 years experience of working in office environment preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation skills with an eye for detail
Strong email management and follow-up skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Computer proficiency
Strong knowledge of use of databases
Data entry skills and accuracy
Strong PROCESS approach and ability to adhere to clear methods and processes already established whilst also being able to seek improvements where necessary
Ability to be passionate and driven in data management and accuracy
Ability to be able to multi-task, be organised and thorough
Effective approach to diligent follow-up and tracking processes
Articulate in communication skills – succinct and professional
Be confident, flexible and versatile;
Understanding of the importance of good administrative management and data accuracy - ESSENTIAL
Ability to work well in fast-paced environment under pressure
Flexible to work additional hours when needed
Able to adapt work tasks as priorities change
Other Details:
Full time, permanent vacancy
Office based in Rainham, Essex
Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week 8am to 5pm
Holiday – 28 days per annum including bank holidays
Full UK driving licence and vehicle essential

Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
