Quaker Houghton is a global leader in industrial process fluids. We are present in people’s lives by providing solutions to the main industries in today’s economy such as automotive, aerospace & steel. This role is based at the Ford Engine Plant facility in Dagenham, an engine manufacturing site.

Full training provided to become a Fluidcare Technician, you will be an expert in the shop floor support tasks required at the Ford plant to ensure that Quaker Houghton is providing a quality service. This person is a key team player in ensuring we continue to exceed customer expectations.

Tasks

What will you do?

• Operational support activities at the Ford Engine Plant Dagenham site to ensure our Metal Working lubricants, greases, coolants, cleaners and other Quaker Houghton industrial fluids necessary for the manufacturing process are in optimal conditions. Such as:
• Ensure that the equipment & products involved are properly maintained and operated. i.e. Servicing coolant management as required.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards where our products operate.
• Follow all quality, safety & environmental regulations, standards and policies
• Maintain constant communication with the Commercial team involved and the main Ford Dagenham stakeholders.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.

• Valid driving license is a must.
• Good English skills.
• Schedule: Mon – Fri.
• Location: Dagenham, East London
• Soft skills: high safety consciousness, proactive, team player, competent communicator.
