Role: Assistant Management Accountant
Location: Leeds (Hybrid)

QA are currently on the lookout for an assistant management accountant to join our expanding finance function. This position offers the right candidate the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the performance of both our Learning and Apprenticeship businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing management accounts & reports
  • Working with the business to help drive commercial performance through financial insights
  • Develop robust processes and controls and ensure adherence
  • Maintain Balance Sheet accurate reconciliations via review and preparation
  • Responsible for direct and indirect cost postings and reporting against budget
  • Become an advocate of software systems to drive efficiencies in the business

About you:

  • Studying CIMA/ACCA/ACA (i.e. part qualified)
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Confidence and ability to work with senior managers
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Composed under tight deadlines in a fast paced changing environment
