Planner - Our client a leading Multi - Discipline Construction Company. Has a requirement for part-time experienced Planners. to work 2-3 Days a week from their office in the Hammersmith area.
The Project Planner will be working on prestigious projects specialising in Construction. The Project Planner will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and reporting on project programmes in accordance with the requirements of the project.
They are looking for a Project Planner with experience Primavera P6 with either a main contractor, client or consultancy. they will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options. The Planner will have experience of leading a range of projects to meet their financial, programme and quality metrics through the proactive management of risk and opportunity at the same time ensuring compliance of specifications & designs, health, safety &environmental legislation.
Planner Position Overview
- Creating, maintaining, reviewing and administering the construction programme in Primavera P6 throughout the project lifecycle
- Producing monthly updates & reports in line with the contractual requirements
- Liaising with the project team to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
- Liaising with the commercial team to track change and prepare programmes to support commercial claims
- The successful candidate will build an excellent relationship with the project team
- Manage third party contributions to the programme
- Present information for internal meetings on the project
- Producing short and long term lookahead programmes
Planner Position Requirements
- Experience in Primavera P6
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling programmes
- Strong communication skills
- Preferred Understanding of the NEC construction contracts and a knowledge of how to develop a programme in line with the requirements
- High level of attention to detail
Planner Position Remuneration
Excellent Hourly / Day Rates.
