Position Overview & Specifications

The Team:

The Global Marketing Organization (GMO) is a critical enabler of PwC’s growth, driving value for one of the world’s most trusted brands, raising our profile, serving as an authoritative voice on the topics that matter most to the world, and driving tech-enabled, data-led impact and best practices.

The Role:

The Global Campaign team within the GMO develops data-driven integrated marketing strategies to build awareness, relationships, pipeline and market share. We are looking for a senior manager to work closely with the Global Campaigns Leader to support a number of key areas that will work across the different teams and marketing campaigns. This role will work with budgets, planning, reporting, team efficiencies and global contractor administration to create best in class campaign frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating integrated global multi channel marketing campaigns, being an active practitioner in using marketing technology as part of this and prior experience in rolling out training programmes and reporting using marketing technology to showcase campaign performance and ROI;

  • Working closely with global marketers to understand campaign strategies and execution plans, responsible for creating reporting, presentations and newsletters to help showcase the team activity;

  • Support the Global Campaign team leader in planning and training initiatives across the campaign team including but not limited to budgeting, capacity planning, process workflows and designing multi channel marketing campaign playbooks and blueprints;

  • Driving innovation around email and automated marketing and ensure key information is shared globally and across our network of member firms;

  • Networking with marketers globally and around the network as appropriate to aligned programs making sure there is a consistent message and go-to-market approach;

  • Supporting the Global Campaign team leader across recruitment and contractor selection, onboarding and management;

  • Project managing ad hoc initiatives across a mix of multiple proposition areas with a deep understanding of a range of multi channel marketing campaigns at a global level

  • Influencing leadership, explaining new marketing processes, deliverables and impact;

  • Demonstrating ability to confidently engage and share to drive collaboration, present new ideas, and maintain awareness of marketing activities across multiple teams and business areas;

  • Delivering projects to schedule and achieving desired results, in liaison with the wider business;

  • Demonstrating attention to detail and an analytical flair;

  • Leading self and the team to lead, improve marketing processes and solve problems;

  • Demonstrating experience in delivering technical training and upskilling programmes; and,

  • Understanding of relevant legislation and industry best practice.
