Bartender

Purnell’s Front of House Team is expanding.

We are looking to hire a person with an incredible personality to join our Team in the most exciting Michelin Stared Restaurant in Birmingham.

The job role is a permanent, full time or part time Bartender will include providing exceptional customer service to create unforgettable memories for our amazing Guests and maintaining a fun place to work alongside our hard-working Team. And taking part of the management of the team with a good opportunity to evolve.

If you:
- have previous hospitality experience,
- enjoy building rapport and engaging with Guests,
- enjoy working as part of a Team,
- are very well organised,
- are punctual and enthusiastic,
- are willing to learn a lot whilst doing what you love,
- are motivated to develop and progress

Responsibilities will include:
- looking after Guests,
- maintaining amazing communication between Chef’s and Front of House Team,
- delivering and explaining dishes

-taking part of the management of the team

Back of House duties,
- mise – en – place,
- daily cleaning of Restaurant/ Bar/ Lounge/ communal areas
- folding napkins
- preparation of aperitifs, hot beverages and digestifs
