Are you an experienced lettings negotiator working in a high street office?

Our current network of agents are each generating over £10,000/month on average in commission working as independent lettings experts in their chosen local areas.

You will be providing exceptional personal assistance to landlords and tenants, supported by a diverse team of successful property experts and powered by our industry leading technology.

Responsibilities

• You will engage new landlords and represent them exclusively, be a local expert, helpful,
• dependable, and highly competent.
• Drive the team and PropertyLoop to gain market share across every major market,
• helping everyone find their perfect home.
• Engage new renters and cultivate those contacts into clients.
• Assist in the showing of exclusive rental listings.
• Guide the landlords and renters' throughout the end to end renting process.
• Provide unbiased representation to our clients.
• Actively work to promote the PropertyLoop within the region and local market.

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £60,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
