ProfileTree is an award winning digital marketing agency based in Belfast, who helps their clients generate leads and sales through structured digital strategy, sleek web design and engaging digital content. We are excited to recruit a talented Designer who will be equally excited to contribute to the innovation, thinking and development of ProfileTree’s design department.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce effective user centric web designs for clients across a range of industries
• Ensure stakeholders’ design and business expectations are met whilst creating a clear user experience for the end user
• Work with Project Managers and Web Developers to ensure all client requirements are met
• Manage a portfolio of design projects
• Manage client design projects and coordinate with the other delivery team(s) ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standard
• Identify user and system requirements for mobile first website design, making appropriately creative recommendations
• Complete branding / general design projects, including but not limited to Tender Docs, Infographics, Presentations, Branding, Social Media Assets etc
• Have UI/UX elements at forefront of design decisions
• Create solutions to layout and styling issues across multiple browsers and devices
• Use of Prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Attend client meetings
• Lead client design review meetings, highlighting UI/UX benefits of each design produced
• Create design assets with appropriate creativity to reflect the product package
• Create solutions to layout and styling issues across multiple browsers and devices
• Build strong working relationships with all internal teams to facilitate project briefings, the communication of project updates and client feedback
• Record all projects elements and communications on the project management system
• Liaise with 3rd parties where appropriate to the project
• Share knowledge and experience with team members
• Understand client needs and work with the Business Development team to identify new business opportunities within your project portfolio
• Adhere to internal accounting/reporting procedures for billing and time management
• Promote company culture both internally and externally

Essential Criteria

• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong background and work experience within the Digital Marketing Industry.
• Strong Knowledge of WordPress, Woocommerce and/or Shopify
• A solid understanding of HTML 5 and CSS 3 to include accessibility standards
• Experience using Prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Experience of mobile first website design
• Experience leading client meetings
• Experience of influencing design decisions based on UI/UX best practices
• Excellent organisation skills
• Excellent communication skills

Desirable Criteria

• Experience within a Digital Agency environment

Hybrid working is available for this role; you will be able to choose a pattern of working which can incorporate both working from home and/or working in the Belfast office over the course of the week. (Please note that this role is based permanently in Northern Ireland. We are not in a position to offer this as a permanent remote position at this time.)
