This is a new purpose-built development which is a 5 bedded residential property (all self-contained accommodation) for complex individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities including behaviours that challenge. This is a chance to be part of a brand new team who will shape the service from the very beginning and make it a flagship service serving the people of Burnley and surrounding Greater Manchester boroughs.
Confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous Deputy Manager experience inlm care homes and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.
Your caring and professional approach goes without saying, as does your strong work ethic, reliability and ability to build solid working relationships.
