Position Overview & Specifications

We are hiring! Join us at Premier Community, we are the largest independently owned home care provider across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. Over our 25-year award winning history we have developed a professional standard for outstanding home care. This is one of the reasons our services are in very high demand.

Here is our headline pay rates –

Band 1 - Unqualified Staff starting rate – £13.35* p/h

Band 2 - Qualified Staff (NVQ) starting rate – £13.65* p/h

Band 3 – Qualified Staff (NVQ) with 1 years’ service - £13.95* p/h

*Includes £0.35 per hour performance bonus.

£1.00 p/h extra added on top for unsocial hours- bank holidays and weekends

All travel paid for whilst at work 30p per mile- you will need to have a full driving licence and access to your own car for this role

All calls are based within a short radius to increase contact time and reduce mileage between calls!

Heanor, Langley Mill, Eastwood, Cotmanhay, Ilkeston, Awsworth, Trowell, West Hallam, Stanley Common, Kilburn, Denby, Belper, Little Eaton, Spondon, Long Eaton, Stapleford, Ripley, Codnor, Underwood, Jacksdale, Loscoe, Horsley Woodhouse

All we need from you is a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle. We strongly feel if you have the right values that match ours, we can teach you the rest. We promise providing home care will be one of the most rewarding experiences you can do.

It is important to note that our hourly rates are paid for contact timehowever we have guaranteed minimum hours protection and we work hard to push runs to 90% contact time.
