Trainee Aluminium Window and Door Fabricator

Precision Fabrications Andover are looking for a Trainee Aluminium Fabricator with a desire to learn Aluminium Fabrication.

You should possess a some knowledge of working with power tools/machinery. You will be trained in Fabrication, inclusive of cutting, machining, beading and gasketing of Aluminium Frames.

Training will be provided on all aspects of what we do and how we operate.

Job Overview:

To assist the manufacturing team in all aspects of Fabrication of Aluminium Doors, Windows and Curtain Walling in line with the company's production schedule.

Job Description:

• Learn Fabrication, inclusive of cutting, machining, beading and gasketing of Aluminium Frames i.e. Doors, Windows, Curtain Walling systems.
• To assist the manufacturing schedule is achieved as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible in order to meet targets and deadlines.
• You will be taught to use various machinery i.e. Punch Tools, Mitre Saw, Copy Router, Pillar Drill and CNC machine.
• Assisting with incoming goods deliveries
• To ensure all Internal Maintenance and cleaning duties are performed daily and reporting all maintenance issues to Line Manager
• Provide Quality Control Inspections on all finished projects & deliveries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
