Waiter/Waitress

TOZI Counter is an all-day Italian deli serving fresh Italian produce from 6 am till 10 pm, enjoy artisanal coffee and pastries in the morning, followed by fresh foccacia’s for lunch, come evening the deli transforms into a neighborly wine bar showcasing the best of Italian wines and antipasti.

We are looking for Waiter/Waitresses who have a passion and skill set for delivering exceptional service. Ideally you will have experience working in high volume restaurants and will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment while delivering a memorable guest experience.

We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress:

• Who will take orders and deliver food & drinks in an efficient and friendly manner
• Who ensures our restaurant runs smoothly, delivering memorable experiences
• Who is passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
• Who shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
• With previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferable

As a Waiter/Waitress you will receive:

• Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) – these increase with service!
• Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £11.50 (minimum contracted rate) to £16.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance
