Portico is delighted to announce that we are currently recruiting for a brand new team of Workplace Coordinators on 12 month fixed term contracts.

The new Workplace Coordinators will be based at a world renown bank, as they move into a brand new building in the heart of the City.

Although they will be joining a team of 50 across the banks London campus, they will be part of a smaller team on site. The Workplace Coordinators are responsible for ensuring they consistently provide an exceptionally high level of service to all the bank’s staff using the associated services, while ensuring the effective utilisation and management of the space within their domain.
The successful Workplace Coordinators will be ambassadors for Portico whilst working closely with the bank’s staff and other services providers. The business is ever changing, and they will need to be flexible, adaptable, and confident to keep up with business demands.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hour shifts

Salary: £32,000

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with an ability to engage, build rapport, and empathise with everyone they meet. They will have immaculate personal presentation, an excellent customer focused manner, and a keen eye for detail.
