Art and Design Technician

A secondary school in Slough is recruiting for an Art and Design Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a full time, term time only role. There can be some flexibility with working hours.

The school is looking to appoint a passionate and enthusiastic Art and Design Technician to provide technical support to the Art and Design Department. The role will be split between the Art Studio and DT workshop, prepping materials, setting up practicals, managing stock levels and ordering supplies, and supporting in class as required. There will also be some Textiles support involved.

The successful Art and Design applicant will have a degree in Art and/ Design, and will be confident with a range of artist techniques and working with equipment and machinery.
