Lulu Lounge Bar at Perle Oban hotel is currently recruiting for a Cocktail Waiter/ress.

Perle Oban is a boutique hotel situated in Oban, Scotland. We have 59 bedrooms, an all day eating restaurant Michelin listed Baab and a luxury Spa, Mara Spa.

As Cocktail Waiter/ress you will be part of a team to deliver a personal, tactful and friendly service, anticipating guest needs, creating a homely ambience in a sophisticated environment to achieve an elegant and comfortable experience.
Reporting to the Bar Manager you will be responsible for welcoming our guests, taking their drinks order as well as serving guests their drinks.
Lulu Lounge is looking for experienced Cocktail Waiter/ress who have worked in a luxury environment and have excellent knowledge of cocktails.
