Do you have experience as a Commercial Vehicle Technician, whether that be in a Fast-Fit centre, through college, a local garage or via a Dealership? If so, we want you in our team!
Our technicians are the backbone of our Workshops and play a vital role in keeping our customers and their vehicles safe and on the move. In this role, you will have the chance to work on a huge range of vehicles, from unique Ford models to the newest electric vehicles and everything in-between.
Don’t worry if you don’t have direct Ford experience or are not a fully Qualified Technician – we are happy to give you the skills! Whether you are a 3rd year apprentice looking for a permanent role, a fast-fit technician looking to move into a Dealership or a Master Technician looking for your next role, we promise we will have a role to suit you!
We have a diverse mix of skills in our Dealerships and we are proud to offer continuous development and training for anyone who wants to take us up on the offer. We have fast track programmes in place via the Ford Master programmes for those who are keen to progress quickly, IMI Level 4 training for those who want to continually push their knowledge, in-house training for those who want to broaden their company knowledge, as well as certified training for Electric and Hybrid vehicles for those who love learning the latest technologies. These are just a few of the options on offer, believe us the list is long. We want you to be able to choose which route and level suits you best.
What you’ll have:

• A full UK driving licence
• A desire to produce work to the highest standard

Hours and Location
We offer a range of shift patterns, so if you like a standard Monday to Friday, or prefer to start early and leave early, or maybe you want to condense your hours into 4 days, whatever you are looking for, we’re pretty sure we can find a working pattern for you.
