IT Infrastructure Engineer – Southampton Full Time Permanent

IT Infrastructure Engineer – Southampton– Up to £35,000

Pearson Carter are working with a well-established national business, based in Southampton.

They require an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join the team on a full-time basis, attending the office 5 times a week.

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain the companies IT Infrastructure estate.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures.
• Support the wider IT team and key suppliers to maximise benefit from the existing estate and extend life where possible.

Experience:

• Previous support experience with the Microsoft Stack.
• Hardware / Software support experience.
• Good people/customer service skills.
• PowerShell, CISCO & ITIL Qualification (advantageous).

Location

You would be expected to attend the office in Reading 5 Days a week.
